If you're curious about what's new in Axero—and what's changed—you're in the right place. The Axero team adds features to Axero each month. Below is a list of new features added or enhanced that are available in the latest release of Axero. To get notified about new Axero features and enhancements, click Follow at the bottom of this wiki.

Cloud clients: Your site may not be on the latest version, however, cloud clients will automatically receive new enhancements when we complete global service release upgrades. Some features listed below may still in beta phase. To see when your platform was last updated, read our Communifire Version documentation. 

On-premise clients: Request a site update to get the latest features and enhancements on your site.

• Track Version History in Page Builder
• Get Search Analytics API can now be targeted to specific people and search terms
• Get Recognition Activity API can now search multiple user IDs at once

• Axero allows you to display different logos in the header based on the Space ID. Logos and Branding
  
• Improved User Activity logging now includes filters that allow for the ability to search Action - Rebuild Search Index and Entity Type - System.
• The people widget "Single Person" has been updated to "Selected People" as you are now able to select more than one person. People Widget

• User ID is now an available field when you download the CSV for View Report. View Report
• The Tags field is now an available field for our Bulk Import Users feature. Bulk Import Users
• We have improved the default text on the System Utilities page to be more specific and detailed. System Utilities
• The documentation and interface for the Registration Page has been updated to remove unsupported fields (Images and Files). Edit Registration Page
• Language regarding our Videos and Embed Video pages have been updated to reflect that videos created by embed code cannot be embedded into other content types.

• Streamline your site role assignment by automatically assigning Top-Level Roles using Personas- Include Action
• Compare and view versions of your Page Builder Templates, including Restoring versions and seeing users who edited, with Page Builder Version History
• Embed Videos has been updated to support Loom Videos
• Increase engagement in your Activity Stream with Simple Rich-Text and editing for wall posts and comments
• We've made it easier to find updates in the Activity Stream by including Filter types
• On the Connection Requests tab, users can now see all Requests Sent 
• We've published two new APIs to make it easier to create/manage cases:

• Released a new System Property "EnableLiveActivityUpdates" for you to Enable Real-time Activity Stream updates from wall posts

• Make your content more engaging with improved functionality of the Rich Text Editor. To get all the benefits, ensure you complete a hard browser refresh:
  • Windows: Hold down Ctrl (Control) and click F5
  • Mac: Hold down Cmd (Command) + Reload
• When updating content that is Required Reading, select whether people who have previously confirmed must re-read the updated content. This is available when updating content (see Required Reading) or through the Rest API: Update Content with a new "RequiredReReadConfirmation" parameter
• Ensure your Outlook Sync Administrator Setup is complete by reviewing our updated integration guide, including updates to the O365 integration in email settings
• Change time between Chat Message Emails being sent with a new System Property "MinutesBetweenChatMessageEmails".

• Enhance your Microsoft Teams and Axero experience and Embed Axero as an App in Microsoft Teams
• Send Browser notifications through different browsers to keep your users up to date even when they are on actively on your site.
• Enhance your content by adding featured images for events through our REST API: Add Event Featured Image
• Update event attendees through our new Rest API: Add Users to an Event as Attendees

• Add a user's profile information into Page Builder pages using our new Profile Field Widget.

• Users can now bookmark any page on their site.
• Administrators can set Password expiration.
• Photos and Photo albums can now be sorted Alphabetically.
• Email settings for sending emails via an O365 account have been updated.
• Sending times for weekly and daily digest emails can be set by administrators.
• Confirmed reading can now be used for badge challenge.  
• Creating a forum in a Space can now be done without navigating to the Space control panel.
