Use a textbox field to add a line of text to user profiles. You can add text, a website, an email, a number, a Skype username, or a password.

Properties

Property	Description
Field label	The field label appears at the top of the field. Start typing and a list of matching text resources will appear. Select one to use or finish typing to create a new resource when the page is saved.
Number required	The minimum number of values a user is required to provide.
Number permitted	The maximum number of values a user is permitted to provide (typically just 1). Enter 0 for unlimited.
Content in field included in search	Check to make the field searchable.
Textbox type	Text Website Email Number Skype Password
Display multiple results in	Numbered list Bulleted list Unbulleted list Comma separated list Semi-colon separated list

Text to help users when completing the field.

Field	Description
Custom CSS class	A CSS class to append to the field to apply custom styling.
Show label	Check to show the field's label.
Unique value required	Check to require each user to have a unique value for this field.
Regex validation expression	Regex expression to validate user input for this field.
Case sensitive	Allows the field to enforce capital letters or lower case only.
Default value	The value pre-populated in the field if blank.
Hide if empty	Check to hide the field on user profiles if it is empty.
Hide if default	Check to hide the field on user profiles if it contains the default value.

Choose the roles that can view this field.
