In Application Settings, you can turn on and off features throughout the platform.
You can set features to the following settings:
"Top level community" refers to the entirety of your intranet, in contrast to Spaces , which are sub-communities of the top level community. If a space is private, users who are not members of the space cannot view its content, whereas everyone in your intranet can view top level content. Top level content can be accessed through the Browse menu.
Turn features such as articles, blogs, events, etc. on and off under Application Settings.
Turn content moderation for the top level community on and off under Workflow Settings.
Turn comment moderation for the top level community on and off under Comment Workflow Settings.
Turn document control (checking in / checking out files for updating) on and off under File Management Settings.
