Axero has document control management at both the top-level community and in individual spaces. When document control management is enabled, the following options appear:

• Update File (Check Out & Check In)
• File Version History 
• Rollback

Enable Document Control Management

Site administrators and moderators can enable or disable document control management.

1. From the homepage, click the gear icon > Control Panel > System > Application Settings.
2. Expand the Features section.
3. Set Document Control to:
   • On: Enables the feature in the top-level community and allows spaces to enable or disable the feature.
   • Only in Spaces: Disables the feature in the top-level community but allows spaces to enable the feature.
4. Click Submit.
