Axero allows admins to create personas for specific spaces and create a dynamic user profile that will automatically enroll users into spaces and enable you to further target communications for those users for ultimate productivity.
These Space Personas are still available for the Top Level Community and can be tagged like Personas.
By default all Top Level Site Administrators have this ability enabled. If you wish to have Space Administrators with this ability then enable the system property.
NOTE: This feature automatically ENROLLS and REMOVES users from the space based on the conditions set.
1. Go to Control Panel>System Properties and search for "PersonaSpaceAdminAccess" and click edit icon.
2. Enable the property.
1. Go to 'Manage Space'>People>Persona.
2. Click Create Persona.
3. Type a name for the persona. Choose if all conditions are to match, or any conditions. Start adding conditions for persona.
4. Users that match the conditions set will automatically be shown in Matched People. When conditions are done being created, activate the persona then Click Save.
5. Users that match those conditions will automatically enroll in the space. This will also occur when new users join your intranet community.NOTE: If you remove a condition, users who were automatically enrolled via the original condition will be removed from the space.
1) Manage Space>Persona>Click Edit Icon of Persona you wish to manage
2) Edit conditions as needed and Matched People will show users matching them. The Is Active toggle can be turned on or off depending on if you wish to have the persona active or inactive. Click Save.
