Audience Overview | Communifire Documentation

The analytics feature collects data regarding site traffic and other metrics and displays that data in easy to understand visualizations. We report high level analytics for your intranet; for more detailed analytics we recommend implementing Google Analytics which is very simple to do. 

Audience Overview

To view the audience overview, click the gear icon > Analytics > Audience Overview.

At the bottom are totals for unique people, failed logins, new users, and active users.

• Unique People & Active Users: Number of users that have logged activity within the defined time range. Users with logged activity on multiple days are only counted once.
  These activities logged include landing on Home (both Page Builder & Activity), Info and People pages.
• Failed: Number of invalid credential attempts within the defined time range.
• New Users: Number of new logins within the defined time range. New users are counted when approved by a site admin, or immediately when added by a site admin or if the site does not require approval.

Filter the audience overview by space and date range.

Set the graph interval to day, week, month, quarter, or year.

Hover over points in the graph to see totals.

Content Analytics

On content homepages, you can view content by

• Most Viewed
• Highest Rated
• Most Commented

You can also create custom dashboards using Page Builder to display content analytics. Using the Content List Widget , you can display content sorted by

New User Engagement Email
