I did the firewall settings. but I am getting invalid credentials.

Any idea ?

I'm getting the same error as Meital and we have the same setup.  Any thoughts on how to resolve?

Hey Jacqueline,

Since you're using Azure AD SSO, you can set a Communifire password and use that to log into File Sync. Click your name in the header, then click Change Password . Update the password, then try logging into File Sync again.

Thanks, Grace.  To clarify, should I create a new user for this?  I'll need more info on why changing my password via Communifire would fix the problem since the pwd I'm using is via Azure.

Hey Jacqueline,

You don't need to create a new user. File Sync doesn't use SSO and only accepts the Communifire password. Your Azure password won't work to log into File Sync.

Ok, makes sense.  But does that mean I'll be using the updated password for access going forward rather than the SSO pwd?

Hey Jacqueline,

You'll continue to use your Azure password for logging into your Communifire site. You'll only need to use the Communifire password for logging into File Sync.
