How to Import a Template to Your Site

Import one of the templates you downloaded to use that page on your site.

1. Click the gear icon > Page Builder.
2. Click Import.
3. Click Choose File.
4. Select the JSON file.
   Note:
   • This should be in your download folder
5. Click Upload.
6. Update the following details:
   • Page name: Administrative name for the page.
   • Choose a space: The space to save the page in, or choose Top level community for pages that you don't want to tie to a specific space (ie. Homepage, News and Announcements, etc...)
   • Page URL: The page URL (/employee-handbook, /news-and-announcements, etc...)_
   • Meta title: The page title. The title appears in the browser tab.
   • Meta description: A description for the page.
7. Click Import.

Once imported, you will be taken to the page's Layout view. From here, you will want to edit the widgets to reflect the Spaces and Content in your intranet.

Since every intranet will have uniquely named spaces and may use different Content Types it is important to take the time to review each widget's settings. 

When you have made the necessary adjustments, added any additional widgets, and are happy with the layout, click Publish changes to publish your newly imported page to your site.
