Analytics provides visualizations of site traffic data to your community. Detailed analytics provide insights and data that can be used to create a better user experience for your intranet.
Axero's June 2023 Limited Release included a new suite of Analytic reports to help your site administrators find key usage data. If you are currently using Analytics from an earlier release, please review our original Analytics documentation.

Some of the questions you will be able to answer from the Analytics pages include:
How well are we leveraging our site to distribute knowledge and engage with our users?
How do I identify the highest engaged users so I can celebrate them?
How can I review if our spaces have the right users with the correct Roles?
What content is engaging so we can create more content like that?
Are we leveraging a variety of content types that help diversify engagement styles?
Are our users consuming the important information we are distributing?
Are our spaces being maintained and kept fresh with new content addition?
Is our new Space management strategy having an impact?
How can I improve access to information people are looking for?
How well is our new recognition program being adopted?
Which badges are being awarded the most frequently?
Which users are giving and receiving the most badges?
In order to help you answer these questions, we have a few different ways we present our reports.
Aggregated metric tiles give you a quick snapshot for a specific period of time. Metric tiles have definitions to understand how that metric is calculated.
Tables allow you to dig into the details that are downloadable to CSV and sortable by most column headers. Many of the tables also feature search and filter tools to narrow down the results (on screen and in the CSV).
Trend Reports show how use has changed over time, which can be helpful in identifying if your initiatives are having an impact, or to identify if there are changes in behavior to investigate.
Most reports have customizable time frames that are selected near the page navigation so you can view data over the date range of interest to you.
Dig into different aspects of your community with statistics and charts grouped together by theme.
The Home page provides a high level view of your community. It provides a quick glance look at member counts and surfaces your top spaces and top content. It also provides an interactive view into the engagement in your community over your choice of time frames.

The Users reports provide greater depth of insight into your user counts, surface your top users by a wide range of metrics, let you explore your user list and delve into what technologies your users are using to access your site.

The Content tab allows you to understand what content is most engaging, based on a variety of metrics, filterable by space. It also provides insight into how your site and individual spaces are using different features of the community. The section even has a page to dig into the status of content that you've marked as required reading.

The section focused on Spaces allows you to explore different types of spaces and how they are using different content types to provide information and engage with their members. There are also detailed reports there that allow you to explore which spaces are seeing the greatest traffic.

The Search area provides information about how people are using search on your site. You can explore what the most common search terms are, what terms produce the best click-through rates as well as examine individual search activity by space and user.
