Manage Space: System Properties

System Properties are additional space settings not available in Manage Space: Settings or Manage Space: Application Settings . Use System Properties to turn additional features on or off in a space.

Manage Space: System Properties

To edit a space System Property:

  1. From the space, click Manage Space > System Properties.
  2. For the System Property, click the edit icon.
  3. Update the value.
  4. Click Save.
System Property Description
GhostwritingEnabled Enables or disables the Ghostwrite Content feature in the space.

After enabling ghostwriting, go to Manage Space > Permissions and select a content type. Check the Select Author permission for the role. Also check the Edit permission to allow the user to update content they ghostwrote.
PostAsAnonymousUserEnabled Enables or disables Anonymous Discussions in the space.
