Hello! I am trying to find my drafts in my content, but when I go to that page it doesn't have a filter option for me to set it to filter to view draft pages.
Can you please advise?
Which content type are you experiencing this for?
I am trying to view wiki pages that I have started that are in draft mode.
I can't find them anywhere!!
Did you click My Content > Wiki? The URL for that page is /myaccount/wiki/default.
Hi Grace! Here is a screenshot of where I am trying to access the filter option to be able to filter and view "drafts."
Click your name in the header and click Activity Stream, then in the menu on the left, click My Content > Resource. You can see screenshots of this in the "How to Find My Drafts" section on this page.
FYI: we refer to wikis as resources or resource pages on our intranet.
Ahh - seems I figured it out. You have to select activity stream from the dropdown under your name next to your profile picture. I was clicking activity stream while already in my profile, which does not take you to the same place.
Sorry for the confusion!
Hi, Grace. I'm not seeing "activity stream" in the drop down. Is there another way to find "drafts"?
You can visit your Activity Stream by going to your site URL + /myaccount. You can also see drafts in a specific space by going to Manage Space > select the content type on the left side, then select Draft from the Filter by status menu.
Thanks. Did URL/my account and saw it there.
