Content Management System (CMS) in Communifire is a way to create custom pages with static content.
The difference between CMS pages and Page Builder pages:
Space CMS pages are created in Manage Space. For the top level community, create CMS pages in Control Panel > Content > CMS Pages instead.

Note: By default, CMS pages are sorted in the navigation tree by creation date. To sort the pages by title instead, go to Control Panel > System > System Properties and set CMSPagesTreeSortBy to 10.
