Make Everyone Connections | Communifire Documentation

Some organizations want everyone to have the sharing and rights enjoyed between Connections for all their users:

• What's on your mind? posts in My Activity Stream are shared between connections.
• Connections can post on each other's walls.
• Your connections' activities in public spaces will appear in your My Activity Stream .
• Your activities in public spaces will appear in your connections' My Activity Stream .
• You can Share Calendar with all your connections at once.

You can make everyone connections in the Control Panel.

Then type "Friends" into the search box:

Two settings appear. Edit both of these settings:

• FriendsEnabled - Set this to false. This will hide the Connections feature.
  
• FriendsAutomatic - Set this to true. This will automatically make new users a connection with everyone else.

To connect all existing users, also run the hidden page at /allfriends.aspx (e.g. visit https://yourintranet.communifire.com/allfriends.aspx).
