To ensure your website remains secure and accessible, follow these steps if Axero is not managing the renewal of your SSL certificate:

1. Initiate a Private Support Case: Start by creating a private support case for personalized assistance with your SSL certificate renewal.
2. Provide Required Information: When submitting your support case, include the following details:
   • Domain Name: The complete domain name for which the SSL certificate applies.
   • SSL Certificate File: Attach a zip file containing your SSL certificate, which should have a .pfx file extension.
   • Password: Include the password for the .pfx file to enable secure handling of your certificate.

Note on Wildcard SSL Certificates

If your website uses a custom domain (e.g., community.acme.org), you have the option to provide a wildcard SSL certificate. This type of certificate, denoted as *.acme.org, covers all subdomains under your main domain, offering a flexible and comprehensive security solution.
