Save time creating and editing Page Builder pages by saving widgets. Save a widget and re-use it on other Page Builder pages. You can use a saved widget as-is or clone the saved widget to make changes for a specific page only.

NOTE:
This feature is not available for the following:

• Space Page Builder
• User or Company/Department pages
• Field widgets

Save Widget

1. Click the gear icon > Page Builder.
2. Click the gear icon > Edit Page for the page containing the widget you want to save.
3. On the widget you want to save, click the gear icon > Edit properties.
4. Check Save widget for use elsewhere.
   
5. Click Save Widget.
6. Click Publish changes.

Use Saved Widget

1. Click the gear icon > Page Builder.
2. Next to a page, click the gear icon > Edit Page.
3. Click Widgets.
4. Click Saved Widgets.
5. Drag the saved widget onto the page.

Edit Saved Widget

You can make changes to a saved widget either globally or for the current page only.

1. Click the gear icon > Page Builder.
2. Click the gear icon > Edit Page for the page containing the widget you want to edit.
3. On the widget you want to edit, click the gear icon > Edit properties.
4. Select one:
   • Clone saved widget to create an independent one for use here only: Any changes you make to the widget will only apply to the widget on the current page. If the saved widget appears on other pages, the changes won't be applied on the other pages.
   • Edit the saved widget for all its uses: Any changes you make to the widget will update the widget everywhere it appears.
5. Make changes to the widget.
6. Click Save Widget.
7. Click Publish changes.

Delete Saved Widget

Delete a saved widget to remove it from every page it appears on and to permanently delete the saved widget.

1. Click the gear icon > Page Builder.
2. Click the gear icon > Edit Page for any page.
3. Click Saved Widgets.
4. Click the delete icon for the saved widget.
5. Click Yes.
