Dropbox Integration User Setup

Communifire supports a two-way sync between Files and Dropbox. Dropbox sync has the following features:

  • Your Dropbox files will appear in Files (and sync automatically every 3 hours)
  • You can upload files to Dropbox in Communifire
  • You can download Dropbox files in Communifire

Note: A site administrator must complete the Dropbox Integration Administrator Setup before you can connect to Dropbox.

Click the Dropbox drive.

Sync Files

Disconnect

Alternative Way: My Files

If Dropbox is available in My Files, you can connect from My Content > My Files.

Click your name in the header

Click Activity Stream

Click My Content

Click My Files

Click Add External Drive

Note: The system property ShowNewMyAccountFilesView must be set to true to allow connecting to Dropbox in My Files.
