Add Badge | Communifire Documentation

Note: This option is only available for recognition program managers.

Select the recognition program.

• Fill in the following:
  • Title: Appears when the badge is mentioned
  • Summary: Shows in badge summaries, in the wall post announcements, and in the email people get when receiving the badge
  • Description: Shows on the badge detail page
• Click Add image to upload an image or select an image from the Badge Stock
• Check the roles that can grant this award
• Select the Recognition Program the badge is under
• Check the following options:
  • Active: Allow people to earn this badge
  • People can receive multiple times: Allow people to be awarded the badge multiple times (If the badge can be awarded)
  • Publicize in activity stream when awarded: The wall post for the badge will be visible by everyone in the community. If you leave this blank, the wall post will be visible to just the person receiving, her friends, and the person granting the badge
• Select a Challenge for the badge or create a new one (See Add Badge Challenge for details about creating a new challenge)
