Widget templates are used to display content on Page Builder pages. You can use one of the default Page Builder Widget Templates or Page Builder Extras published by the Axero team, or you can create your own template. HTML and CSS knowledge is required to create and style custom templates.

To create a Page Builder template:

1. Click > Page Builder > Templates.
2. Click Add a new template.
3. Fill out the following details:
   • Enter the Template name.
   • Select the Widget type.
   • Check Is Active to allow the template to be used
   • Insert resource: Start typing a resource value, select one from the dropdown, and the resource key will be inserted where the cursor is at the editor.
   • Resource Keys CSV: This is a comma-separated list of resource keys the template uses. This field is automatically populated from inserting resources.
   • Insert basic token widget: Select a token and the resource key will be inserted where the cursor is at the editor.
   • Insert widget specific token: Select a token and the resource key will be inserted where the cursor is at the editor.
   • In the editor, enter your template code.
4. Click Save Template.
