Add Domain | Communifire Documentation

In Domain Configuration, you can configure your intranet so you can access it from multiple domain names. This includes setting up your own custom domain name. For a detailed guide on how to set up a custom domain, see the Custom Domain Name section in Domain Configuration .

• Domain (or sub-domain): The address from where you want to access your intranet in a web browser. Note: Do not add a trailing "/" at the end of the domain and do not include a virtual directory. (e.g http://www.abcdef.com)
• Virtual directory: Where your Communifire installation is located. In most circumstances you can leave this blank. If you are hosting on your own servers and would like to run Communifire in a sub-directory (rather than the root domain), enter the virtual directory here. Note: Do not add a trailing "/" at the end. (e.g. /intranet)

After you add the domain, you will need to add a license key into the License Manager. To obtain a new license key, please read Custom Domain Name information in Domain Configuration .
