Points and point levels are part of Communifire's gamification features.
Any intranet platform is only as successful as the activity it generates and the contribution from its users. Recognition for participation by each user can be done through the points system, which rewards users for their contributions and encourages them to actively participate.
When people participate in the platform, they earn points for content they create (such as posting an article or starting a discussion). They also earn points for actions they take, like commenting on or liking content. As people receive points from the actions they make (or take), they earn point levels. The more points they earn, the higher the level they receive.
Points and point levels are valuable, because at a glance, you can identify power users. For example, throughout the platform, when you hover over a person's name, a User Card appears. In this User Card, you can see the point level they have achieved. You can also use the People Widget to see a list of the top point earners of all time, the last 30 days, this week, and today.

New User Engagement Email
The new user engagement email is sent to new users who haven't engaged on your intranet after a certain number of days. The new user engagement email helps you automate engagement reminders to your new users.

The inactive user email is sent to users who haven't engaged on your intranet after a certain number of weeks. The inactive user email automates engagement reminders to your intranet users.
