Manage Space: Edit Workflow | Communifire Documentation

Edit workflow in a space to change the moderation steps content must go through before it gets published. Before the content becomes active, a person with the required role must approve the content.

To edit workflow:

1. From the space, click Manage Space > Workflow > Workflow Definitions.
2. For the workflow, click the edit icon.
3. Make changes to the details or steps. You can drag and drop steps to rearrange their order.
4. Click Update Workflow.
