Invite people to a space to have them join a virtual work space for collaboration. When you invite people, the invitees have the option of deciding if they want to join the space or not. Before they gain access to the space, they must accept the invitation.
You can invite existing members or invite by email.
Invite Existing Members
When you invite existing members, they will receive an invitation to join this space in their notifications and by email. Enter a name and select the person from the results.
Invite by email address
When you invite people by email address, they will receive an email with instructions on how they can set up their account and join this space.
Enter a comma-separated list of email addresses.
Note: If you prefer to add people to the space and bypass sending and requiring a response to an invitation, click on the Add People tab. By default, only site administrators and moderators can add people to spaces. To allow other roles to add people to spaces, go to Control Panel > Content > Spaces > Permissions and check the Admin View permission for the roles.
Site Administrators and Moderators can customize the space People page to change the look and add search filters.

How to Customize the User Verification Email
When someone signs up for your intranet, they receive a verification email. The user must click the link in the email to activate their account. You can change the content, wording, and layout of the verification email.
