In the modal that opens, select a space to post to.

Fill in the following sections:

• Subject: The title of the discussion
• Select forum: The forum to post in
• Your message: The main content of the discussion
• Add tags: Keywords that can help others find your case. Use spaces to separate tags. Use an underscore or dash to combine separate words into one tag (e.g., Vacation-Policy). Click to see Popular Tags and Tag Groups.
• Meta information - Meta title, Meta description: Information to help users find the discussion
• Attach files: Add files relevant to the discussion. Drag and drop files into the area, or click Select Files.

Check the following options (only available for space administrators and moderators):

• Featured: Make the discussion a featured post in the space
• Sticky: Make the discussion stay at the top of the forum
• Locked: Prevent users from replying to the discussion

Anonymous Discussions

You can enable anonymous posting in a space to allow people to post and reply to discussions anonymously. To enable anonymous discussions in a space, go to Manage Space > System Properties and set PostAsAnonymousUserEnabled to true. See Anonymous Discussions for more information.
