The recognition activity report provides a list of all recognition activity.

To view the recognition activity report, click the gear icon > Analytics > Recognition Analytics > Activity.

The report includes:

• The recognition program
• The badge earned
• Date earned
• Who earned the badge
• If granted, who awarded the badge
• If granted, the message

Using Analytics

You can filter the recognition activity report in the following ways:

Select a recognition program to filter the report by badge.

Add Filters and Profile Fields

You can add filters and profile fields to the recognition activity report.

1. Click the gear icon.
2. Set the following:
   
   • Custom Filters: Select profile field filters to add to the page. (Only the Reports to and picklist fields can be added).
   • Receiver Report Fields: Select profile fields of the badge receiver to include in the report.
   • Granter Report Fields: Select profile fields of the badge granter to include in the report.
   • Check or uncheck Include fields only in CSV download. If checked, Report Fields will only appear in the CSV download. If unchecked, Report Fields will appear on the activity report page and in the CSV download.
3. Click Refresh.

The new filters will appear in the filters bar and as additional columns in the table.

Download CSV

Click Download CSV to download the recognition activity report as a CSV file. Any selected filters will be applied to the download.

Opening the CSV file in Excel

1. Open a blank workbook in Excel.
2. Windows:
   1. Click Data > From Text/CSV.
   2. Select the CSV file.
   3. Select Comma as the Delimiter.
   4. Click Load.
3. Mac:
   1. Click Data > Get External Data > From Text.
   2. Select the CSV file.
   3. Select Delimited.
   4. Click Next.
   5. Check Comma.
   6. Uncheck other delimiters.
   7. Click Next.
   8. Click Finish.
   9. Click OK.
