Manage Space: Download CSV File of Poll and Survey Votes

Download a CSV file of poll and survey votes to export poll and survey responses.

  1. From the space, click Manage Space > Polls and Surveys.
  2. For the poll or survey, click View Votes.
  3. Click Download CSV.

How to open the CSV file in Excel

  1. Open a blank workbook in Excel.
  2. Windows:
    1. Click Data > From Text/CSV.
    2. Select the CSV file.
    3. Select Comma as the Delimiter.
    4. Click Load.
  3. Mac:
    1. Click Data > Get External Data > From Text.
    2. Select the CSV file.
    3. Select Delimited.
    4. Click Next.
    5. Check Comma.
    6. Uncheck other delimiters.
    7. Click Next.
    8. Click Finish.
    9. Click OK.
