Membership Report | Communifire Documentation

The membership report provides information about the roles every member in your community has in the top level community and all the spaces they are a part of. To view the roles a member has in a specific space, select the space from the dropdown menu. You can also download a CSV file of the membership report.

To view the membership report, click the gear icon > Analytics > Membership Report.

Filter

You can filter the membership report by space and individual user

Select a space to filter further by space role.

Click Download CSV to download the report as a CSV file.

Check Apply filter on download to download the membership report CSV file with the selected filters applied.

Opening the CSV file in Excel

1. Open a blank workbook in Excel.
2. Windows:
   1. Click Data > From Text/CSV.
   2. Select the CSV file.
   3. Select Comma as the Delimiter.
   4. Click Load.
3. Mac:
   1. Click Data > Get External Data > From Text.
   2. Select the CSV file.
   3. Select Delimited.
   4. Click Next.
   5. Check Comma.
   6. Uncheck other delimiters.
   7. Click Next.
   8. Click Finish.
   9. Click OK.
