Workflow Permissions

A workflow consists of a series of moderation steps where the content must be approved before it gets published. Workflow permissions control space workflow management.

Setting Workflow Permissions

  1. From the space, click Manage Space > Permissions.
  2. In the dropdown menu, select Workflow.
  3. Check or uncheck permissions.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Workflow Permissions

Permission Description
Create Allow the user to create workflow definitions
Workflow Definitions Allow the user to manage workflow definitions
Update All Workflows Allow the user to edit any workflow definitions
Delete All Workflows Allow the user to delete any workflow definitions
Manage Settings Allow the user to manage workflow settings
Permissions Allow the user to manage workflow permissions
Manage Permissions Allow the user to edit workflow permissions
Note: Space administrators and site administrators can edit any permissions, whether they have this permission or not.
