You can upload photos to Communifire and organize them into photo albums. Users can like, rate, and comment on photos.
"Top level community" refers to the entirety of your intranet, in contrast to spaces, which are sub-communities of the top level community. If a space is private, users who are not members of the space cannot view its content, whereas everyone in your intranet can view top level content. Top level photos can be accessed through the Browse menu.
Managing top level photos is similar to managing space photos.

Grace Kamau Can you advise on how we in Marketing can source a bunch of preapproved stock photos into an album and have that album be accessible by everyone on the platform for use when creating new content (articles or otherwise)?
Create an album in a space and upload the photos. Then open the album page and copy the ID from the URL. The ID is the second number in the URL.
Then go to Control Panel > System > General Settings > Advanced Settings and paste the ID in " Stock photo albums (csv)".
Once you save settings, the album will appear in the "Choose from albums" tab when adding a featured image.
Amazing, thank you!
