Edit User Role | Communifire Documentation

User roles help you organize people into groups and assign permissions. These roles are most commonly used for controlling permissions, for automatic space assignment using User Space Assignment Rules , and for workflow approval steps. You can edit top level roles in the Control Panel.

1. Click the gear icon > Manage People > Roles.
2. For a role, click the edit icon.
3. Make changes to the role.
4. Click Update.
