Manage Space: Join Requests | Communifire Documentation

When membership moderation is on, a space administrator or moderator must approve join requests before people become members of the space. Users are notified when their join request is approved or declined.

To approve or decline space join requests:

1. From the space, click Manage Space > People > Join Requests.
2. For the request, click Approve or Decline. To approve or decline multiple requests, check the requests then click Approve or Decline.

Space Join Request Approved Notification

When a user's space join request is approved, they are notified in the site and via email.

Space Join Request Declined Notification

When a user's space join request is declined, they are only notified via email.
