Manage Space: Create Survey | Communifire Documentation

Surveys provide a way to collect feedback and opinions from space members.

To create a survey:

1. From the space, click Manage Space > Polls and Surveys.
2. Click Create Survey.
3. Fill in the survey title and description.
4. Check People can retake this survey to allow retaking the survey.
5. Click Add Survey Question.
6. Enter the question.
7. Select the Input control type:
   • Checkbox list: Allows the user to select multiple options.
   • Multiline textbox: Allows the user to enter multiple lines of text.
   • Radio button list: Allows the user to select from one of several options.
   • Textbox: Allows the user to enter a line of text.
8. Click Save.
9. For checklist and radio button type questions, add answer choices:
   1. Click Add Answer Choices.
   2. Enter text for the choice. You can also upload an image.
   3. Assign points to each answer choice. (Optional)
   4. Check Associate input control to add textbox or multiline textbox input along with the answer choice. Text input can only be entered for the last answer choice.
   5. Click Save.
10. Drag and drop a file into the box, or click the photo placeholder to add a photo for the survey. (Optional)
11. Click Save.
