Notes:

  • Only space administrators and site administrators can copy a case.
  • The user who copies the case will become the case creator in the target space.
  • The Anonymous user will become the author for comments made by users who aren't members of the target space.

Click Cases in the space menu

Click a case.

Click the options icon

Click Copy

Select a space

Fill out the case details then click Copy
