Recognition analytics provides visual representations of recognition-related information. This feature allows you to get a broad picture of recognition data, explore specific details based on demographics, and even retrieve user recognition data in the form of a downloadable CSV file. The report consists of three different subsections:
In order for a user to have access to this information, the site user role will need to have "View Admin Section" permissions granted in Badges - Permissions:
In this subsection, you'll find a chart that offers a visual representation of recognition activities. This chart can be filtered in multiple ways to suit your analysis needs. You have the flexibility to organize the data according to Recognition programs and Spaces. Additionally, you can customize the date range to concentrate on particular timeframes. Recognition programs involve badges that are awarded or earned upon fulfilling specific objectives set for users.
On the Recognition Analytics Community page, you can find access to five different chart reports from the select in the chart or the statistics cards below the chart:
You have the option to access additional filters by clicking on the the gear icon where custom filters include:
Note: Profile field filters will not be displayed on the page if no users included in the selected timeframe have data in that field. This helps ensure a more user-friendly experience by removing filters that would consistently yield no results.
You have the ability to choose the specific timeframe you wish to analyze. By default, the system is set at Last 30 Days, but you have the flexibility to opt for a day, an entire month, the past 12 months, or even set a custom range according to your needs.
This section presents a comprehensive list of recognition activities, including the recipient's name, badge type, recognition program, and the date of occurrence.
When utilizing the recognition activity report, you have the ability to apply filters based on the following criteria:
You can access more filters by clicking on the gear icon. You can apply any number of profile fields as filters on the page.
Besides filtering, you can also add additional columns to the table. You can add profile field data for both Granters and Receivers. And you can choose whether these new columns appear only in the CSV download or on the screen as well.

The People Statistics tab offers an organized compilation of all users, presenting key insights into their engagement with the recognition programs. This comprehensive overview includes data on kudos given and received, as well as challenges completed. Furthermore, it provides brief snippets highlighting the user's most recent kudos received and challenges completed.
