Our Content Analytics report is designed to provide you with valuable insights into content engagement. With its ability to provide insights into engagement across different content types, you'll be equipped with the knowledge to optimize your content strategy and enhance user interactions. This report consists of three subsections:
The Overview section empowers you to gain a deep understanding of your content's impact and audience engagement. You can access valuable insights into the number of views, likes, and comments accumulated for each piece of content. To understand the dynamic of different areas and tools, you can filter the data by Spaces, Content type, Author, and Expiration(where you can filter by No Expiration, Any Expiration, Future Expiration, or Past Expiration).
Through strategic data arrangement, you acquire a precise and prompt insight into your audience's interaction with your content. While the default sorting is based on Views, you have the flexibility to rearrange this sequence by clicking on the header of any column, which allows you to arrange content based on various metrics. These metrics include:
Leverage the power of filtering to refine your analysis. You can easily narrow down your focus by utilizing filtering options for Content Type, Spaces, Author, or Expiration, allowing you to focus on specific parameters and gain more targeted insights.
You have the ability to choose the specific timeframe you wish to analyze. By default, the system is set at Last 30 days, but you have the flexibility to opt for a day, an entire month, the past 12 months, or even set a custom range according to your needs.
Note: When a specific timeframe is selected, all like activity in that time frame will be included. If a person likes, then unlikes and likes again that content, it will be counted as 2 separate like activities. When "All time" is selected, then only currently active likes are counted. If a person likes and then unlikes the content, it will not be counted.
You have the option to download the report displayed on the screen as a CSV file. The downloaded file will reflect the applied filters, ensuring the information remains consistent with your analysis.
The Distribution section provides insights into engagement across all content types. Dive into data on likes, comments, shares, and views for each content piece. This data offers a detailed understanding of how your content is capturing audience attention.
