Our Users Analytics report is designed to provide you with valuable insights into user engagement, helping you understand user behaviors and interactions within your platform. This report consists of three different subsections:
This subsection consists of two components: a chart at the top and a table below it. The Overview page not only offers personalized insights into the number of active users but also helps you identify emerging trends over time. By customizing the timeframe and exploring diverse metrics, you gain a comprehensive understanding of user engagement patterns and can easily identify evolving trends within the specified period. You can customize a timeframe, with a default setting at Last 30 Days, to tailor the chart display. You also have the option to organize data by Space and Interval (day, week, month, quarter, or year).
In the table positioned below the chart, you will find a list of top users where you can gain important insights based on different metrics, within the timeframe you’ve selected. This listing offers insight into the most active users and their level of activity encompassing various activity metrics, during the specific timeframe.
Top Users are sorted according to Points by default, but you can modify this order by clicking on the header of any column to get users ranked by different metrics.

You have the ability to choose the specific timeframe you wish to analyze. By default, the system is set at Last 30 Days, but you have the flexibility to opt for a day, an entire month, the past 12 months, or even set a custom range according to your needs.
You have the option to download the report displayed on the screen as a CSV file. The downloaded file will reflect the applied filters, ensuring the information remains consistent with your analysis.

Celebrate Top ContributorsEstablish a regular cadence for celebrating top contributors within your Intranet community. Recognize and appreciate both Content Creators and Users for their significant contributions to the success of the platform.
Content CreatorsBeyond merely tracking the quantity of Content Created, focus on identifying the content that has garnered the highest engagement levels. Navigate to the Content section to analyze the impact of the content your creators have added. Prioritize content that has been the most engaging and resonant with the audience.
UsersImplement a point system designed to reward users for their active engagement with the platform's content. Establish a reward structure that acknowledges actions such as viewing, contributing in forums, sharing, liking/rating content, and adding comments.
In the Membership Report, you'll find a list of your users along with the number of spaces they are associated with at the moment of generating the report. You can also view the list of spaces a user is a member of, and explore the roles assigned to them in each of those spaces. By choosing the space in the dropdown, you can see the roles assigned to the user. This report allows you to search for a particular member by their first or last name, aiding in quick and targeted information retrieval. Furthermore, this report provides additional details such as the user's joining date, and the date of their last activity, allowing you to comprehensively assess user engagement.
