Page Versioning for Page Builder Pages | Communifire Documentation

Made a mistake in your Page Builder edits? No problem! With page versioning, your last 25 saves for each Page Builder page are automatically stored and available for viewing and restoring as needed, as well as identifying information about each saved version.

There are 3 ways to access your Page Builder version history:

1. Click the gear icon > Page Builder > click the  gear dropdown next to each page > Version History.
2. Click the gear icon > Page Builder > click a page to open the Page Builder UI > click the  gear dropdown in the top right corner > Version History.
3. Open the Page Builder page > click the black element on the far right > Version History.

How to use Version History:

The Version History page will show each of the last 25 saves made to each Page Builder page. Version History is organized with columns showing the version number, the last time each version was updated, and who updated them. There are also columns to View each version, and to Restore each version. 

Note: When choosing to Restore an older version of the page, it will retain its older place on the version history list while also taking up the newest position as well, so there will effectively be two copies of the same version available.
