You can embed Google Forms in Communifire. Google Forms is an intuitive and customizable form builder. You can quickly create a Google Forms and embed it into your Communifire site.

How to Embed a Google Form

1. Visit Google Forms and edit the form.
2. In the header, click Send.
3. In the modal that opens, click the <> embed icon.
4. Set the width and height.
5. Click Copy.
6. In Communifire, go to Control Panel > System > Page Builder.
7. Add or edit a Page Builder page.
8. Click Widgets.
9. Drag a Raw HTML widget onto the page.
10. On the widget, click the  gear icon > Edit Properties.
11. Update the widget Title. The title won't appear on the page.
12. In the editor, paste the embed code you copied.
13. Click Save Widget.
14. Click Publish changes.
15. Click Go to page.

How to Link to a Google Form in a Space Menu

You can also link to a Google form in a space menu. Edit the space menu and add a tab.
