Take control of your Personal Identifiable Information and adjust the URL for user profiles to either show the username or user ID.
1. Go to Control Panel>People>User Profiles
2. Click Gear Icon for page you want to adjust, then Edit Page.
3. In Details panel adjust the Page URL to the desired layout:
