Case Comment Properties

A case comment is a statement of fact or opinion, that expresses a personal reaction or attitude on the case object. It includes the Comment ID that is used to make reference to the particular case comment throughout the system. Each Comment ID is unique and automatically generated by Communifire.

Attributes Notes Data type
CommentID ID value which uniquely identifies each case comment in the Communifire. Generated automatically. This cannot be changed.

CommentDate Date when the comment was made. datetime
CommentText This is the actual text which is entered by the user as comment. string
IsInternal
 Specifies if the comment is internal. bool
IssueID ID of the issue on which comment is made. int
IssueCommentURL Relative URL of the comment. string
IssueStatusID ID of the case status. int
LastUpdatedByUserID ID of the user who last updated the comment. int
LastUpdatedOn Date when the comment was last updated. datetime
ProjectID ID of the case project. int
Status ID of the case comment status. int
UserID ID of the user who made the comment. int
UserName Username of the user who made the comment. string
