Like content

POST /api/content/{contentID}/likes

You can like Article, Blog, Video, Wiki, Case, Discussion, Event, File, Idea, Photo, Album, and Comments using this API. It adds the like for the current user. Valid for Communifire version 6.0 and above.

API Key Used in the request URL:
&token=x
OR
Set in header:
request.Headers.Add(Rest-Api-Key, x)		 Communifire REST API key for the Communifire portal you are making the call for.
ContentID Used in the request URL (see below)

Unique identifier for the content.
EntityType &entityType=x - Used in the request URL (see below) See REST API: System Entity Types .

Example URL to POST: http://your-community.com/api/content/220/likes?entityType=3

Response JSON sample where like ID is returned as ResponseData, it returns -1 if the user has already liked the content.

Please Note Your content type that you pass in the header of your request should be 'application/json'.
