How to Embed a Wufoo Form

1. In Wufoo, click Forms to open the Form Manager.
2. For the form, click Share > Embed form.
3. In the Embed with JavaScript tab, click Copy Code.
4. In Communifire, go to Control Panel > System > Page Builder.
5. Add or edit a Page Builder page.
6. Click Widgets.
7. Drag a Raw HTML widget onto the page.
8. On the widget, click the gear icon > Edit Properties.
9. Update the widget Title. The title won't appear on the page.
10. In the editor, paste the embed code you copied.
11. Click Save Widget.
12. Click Publish changes.
13. Click Go to page.

How to Link to a Wufoo Form in a Space Menu

You can also link to a Wufoo form in a space menu. Edit the space menu and add a tab.
