You can embed JotForm forms into Communifire. JotForm is a powerful online application that allows anyone to quickly create custom online forms. Its intuitive drag-and-drop user interface makes form building incredibly simple, and doesn’t require you to write a single line of code. Using JotForm, you can create and publish forms, integrate them into your site, and receive responses by email.

How to Embed a JotForm Form

1. In JotForm, go to My Forms.
2. For the form you want to embed, click Edit Form.
3. Click Publish.
4. Click Embed.
5. Click Copy Code.
6. In Communifire, go to Control Panel > System > Page Builder.
7. Add or edit a Page Builder page.
8. Click Widgets.
9. Drag a Raw HTML widget onto the page.
10. On the widget, click the gear icon > Edit Properties.
11. Update the widget Title. The title won't appear on the page.
12. In the editor, paste the embed code you copied.
13. Click Save Widget.
14. Click Publish changes.
15. Click Go to page.

How to Link to a JotForm Form in a Space Menu

You can also link to a JotForm form in a space menu. Edit the space menu and add a tab.
