Set User Points | Communifire Documentation

Points and point levels are part of Communifire's gamification features. Any intranet platform is only as successful as the activity it generates and the contribution from its users. Recognition for participation by each user can be done through the points system, which rewards users for their contributions and encourages them to actively participate. You can manually give or subtract points in Manage People.

To set a user's points:

1. Click the gear icon > Control Panel > People > Manage People.
2. Search for the user.
3. For the user, click the gear icon > Set Points.
4. Enter a positive number to add points. Enter a negative number to subtract points.
5. Click Save.

You can view the user's updated points and point level in their profile.
