Points and point levels are part of Communifire's gamification features. Any intranet platform is only as successful as the activity it generates and the contribution from its users. Recognition for participation by each user can be done through the points system, which rewards users for their contributions and encourages them to actively participate. You can manually give or subtract points in Manage People.
To set a user's points:
