Embed Google Drive | Communifire Documentation

Embed a Google Drive folder in Communifire to provide a list of documents for people to click and launch into the Google Drive.

1. In Google Drive, navigate to the folder that you would like to display in Communifire.
2. Copy the folder ID in the address bar and save it for later.
   
3. In Communifire, go to Control Panel > System > Page Builder.
4. Add or edit a Page Builder page.
5. Click Widgets.
6. Drag a Rich Text widget onto the page.
7. On the widget, click the gear icon > Edit Properties.
8. Update the widget Title. The title won't appear on the page.
9. In the editor toolbar, click the <> Code Editor icon. A modal will open.
10. In the source code editor, paste the following code.

11. Replace FOLDER_ID with the folder ID you copied earlier.
12. Click Save Widget.
13. Click Publish changes.
14. Click Go to page.

Note: To see the list of files, you must be logged into Google Drive and have access to the folder. If you are not logged into Google Drive or do not have access to the folder, you will not see the list of files.
