Attach files to chat when messaging someone for the first time

    Currently in the Communifire platform a user can only send an attachment by chat if they have a pre-existing chat thread with their recipient. In order to send an attachment to someone new, the user has to first send a chat to start the thread and then go back and upload the attachment. In other words, users can only attach files to chat messages when they're in a pre-existing thread. 

    This seems like an unnecessary step in a system designed to make inter-company communication simpler. I recommend updating the chat feature so that an attachment can be added to a chat message when messaging someone for the first time.
