Report abuse email notification | Communifire Support

We want to change who the report abuse notification email goes to and want to set it to a particular group of users only instead of the default space moderators and site admins & moderators. Can this be achieved?

It isn't possible to make the flagged content notification send to a specific group of users. We've moved your post to our Suggestions and Feedback forum. We reference this area when considering new features and enhancements to add to Communifire.

An alternative you could explore using is Contact Requests . Contact requests are sent to all site administrators by default, and you can also add specific email addresses to receive contact requests. You can add the email addresses in Control Panel > System > System Properties - search for ContactRequest. Edit the system properties and add a comma-separated list of email addresses.

Note that contact requests don't send a notification in the site the way that flagged content does. Only an email notification is sent.
