Duplicates when using Bulk Import Users

    When using Bulk Import Users to assign users to a space, the process does not end gracefully when the CSV file contains duplicates. Given the error message, the problem may not be immediately clear to administrators. Perhaps a more user-friendly message could be used, or duplicates could be ignored (since they're being assign to a single role.)
