Even though the Email field is included in the User hover card code, it is not showing up for some users even though it is in their profile.
Can you please give a few examples of users who are not showing the email?

Can you please check these users again? The issue should be fixed for these users now.
If any other users have this issue, please have them navigate to their user preferences, and uncheck Share my Email Address, Save, then check the box again.
