One of our users, Rachel Johnson, is unable to view content on spaces she belongs to, I have attached a screenshot of what she is seeing as an example.
I'm checking on this for you. Can other members of the space see these files without issue?
Are there any Console errors in the developer tools (shortcut: Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux))?
Yes, she is the only user having issues currently, that I am aware of!
No, when I clicked on the Console Tab, nothing shows up.
I wanted to follow up to see if anything can be done on this one?
I was able to log into Rachels account and check to see if the content showed. I was able to see all of the files in the WSS Virginia space. Can you have her check again and see if this is still an issue?
If it is, can you have her try a different browser, or have her try clearing all cookies in her current browser and restarting it?
