I have uploaded the attached CSV file and all the names, etc display, and i want to continue to add these as new members, however the "continue" button is no showing, so how do i add these new members?

Can you please try to do the import again? It looks like the email rule under General Settings was set to only allow the following email addresses.
I removed the asterisk and the file looks to work correctly now. As it was set before, it was looking for an email such as Foster@*fibrogen.com and not allowing any other emails to be imported.
